Apple acorn squash soup

6 apples I like granny smith
3 small acorn squad bake first
Chicken or vegetable stock
Lightly cook a little yellow onion, not too much
When transparent add all the above and cook.  Spice with cayenne pepper, ginger, curry powder, paprika, himalayas salt, black pepper to your tastes.
When soft blend all together while hot.
Can be eaten like that or blend a little almond cashew milk in. Serve and garnish with a few walnuts chips.
Totally enjoy. You may want seconds!

Topless

Topless Muffins

I baked some all bran muffins for a get together today but didn’t factor in the high altitude so the tops burnt.  Not good. I scrapped a bit, nah, cut off the top,  toppless! I am not in Vegas any more. No humor  (like that) here.
So there is only one thing to do
Crumble them up, add blueberries and whipped cream and freeze.

My healthy all bran muffins no sugar added are now dessert. I did lick the spoon and they rank:  YUMMY!

If you don’t like sweet stop now. I was at a cookie exchange and the room was set with a tree full of gum drop lights and lollypops. But wait!!! You have to see the treats.

The cup O’ Coco is a chocolate cup cake with icing topped with marshmallows and a candy cane cup handle. Cherries in the snow… cherries dipped in white chocolate.  I warned you it was sweet but oh so delicious on the tongue and delightful to the eye. Enjoy!

Hooking up the Oatmeal

Saturday Morning Oatmeal

Yum!  Hooking up the Saturday morning cup of Oatmeal 

1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked oats)

1 Cup almond milk

1 shake pumpkin pie spice

1 shake cinnimum

1 shake cayenne pepper

1 shake of Tumeric

drop of pure maple syrup (if you want)

Put it all in a cooking pot and let sit for a minute. Then mix cook on medium and eat.
