Brussels sprout taco

When you feel the need for green vegetables…get creative.
Chipotle pepper flakes, Chile powder, mesquite, garlic, onion, jalapeño pepper, cheese.
Cook Brussels sprouts in Chipotle flakes, 1 clove garlic and 1/3 small yellow onion.
Canned or homemade refried beans vegetarian or … the choice is yours. I added 1/2 jalapeño pepper I grilled and froze for easy use. Heat the beans add bacon or meat if you want but great without. When the Brussels sprouts are cooked chop them and add to beans. Heat and mix it all together add cheese pour onto a toasted tortilla for taco or steamed for buritto fold and enjoy.
