Remedy

Now that it is cold and flu season I shall once again share my remedy with you.  Grate 1/2 an onion or a small onion, 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of one fat lemon and include the juicy fibers too, and a couple of shake of red cayenne pepper. Boil it all up in water, an enamel pot is best.  Drink while it is hot and you will feel better by morning.  Some may need a little honey or pure maple syrup added to their cup.
